This Policy applies only to information collected by and through the Site and does not govern any information you submit as part of an enrollment, by way of referral, post to public areas on the Site, or share on third party sites that may be linked to this Site. Any collection, use and sharing of information through other websites, including others operated by Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, are governed by separate terms and policies.

We may collect information from you when you visit our Site or provide information to us through the Contact page or request that we contact you. Personal information we collect through our Site includes your:

We may also collect personal information from you in any free text you provided through the “Your Message” feature found on many of our Site’s pages. Please note that you are not required to provide personal information to visit and view information on our Site.

One such partner is Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, which accepts any donations you choose to make to our program through our Site. Another such partner is Amazon Smile, which supports Every Child Succeeds through a program which shares portions of sales of goods and services with our organization.
While Every Child Succeeds partners with such organizations, it is important for you to understand that Every Child Succeeds has no control or responsibility for the content hosted on such third party websites. Your use of such sites are strictly governed by those respective sites’ posted terms and conditions, and privacy policies. We encourage you to read such terms and policies.

To prevent unauthorized access and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place commercially reasonable and appropriate administrative, technical and physical procedures to safeguard the information we collect online.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
We do not intentionally collect information from any individual under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years or age or older. The enrollment of children in any of our programs shall occur only with parental consent and will be managed through a separate process and not through this website.
